To show our appreciation, we’re pleased to offer a generous and straightforward commission program.
Commission Structure:
15% commission on all bookings, including both scheduled departures and private trips
$500 bonus on your first multi-day booking with us
Commission Eligibility:
Applies to bookings at full price or with the early bird discount
Travel Advisors must have an active IATA, ARC, or ABTA number
The advisor’s name must be listed on the intake form at the time of booking

How We Work Together
1. Submit the Form
Provide your contact details and tell us about your client’s interests, travel dates, and budget.2. Discovery & Design
We’ll schedule a call with you and/or your client to dive deeper. A $500 trip design fee is required to begin Custom Private Departures — this goes toward the total cost of the trip and ensures we can dedicate time to thoughtful planning.3. Proposal & Revisions
A custom itinerary will be created and refined as needed.4. Deposit & Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to confirm accommodations and experiences.5. Final Payment
Due 120 days before departure.6. Support
